Has Netflix made a big mistake?

2011-08-01 I don't know about you, but when I heard Netflix was going to raise prices, I was shocked! It made me start to consider alternative solutions. Now if Netflix had a track record of making all their customers happy, they might see this as a necessary upgrade. The fact is, Netflix probably doesn't know what their client base is thinking. I doubt they know they even have a pulse. I've long since tried to find a means to contact them, but it's quite ineffective.
